Instructions
Add the olive oil and red onion to a large pot and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes until translucent Next, add the red bell pepper and sweet potatoes Cook for 10 minutes until softened Then, add the garlic and diced tomatoes After 5 minutes, add the vegetable broth, black beans, kidney beans, garbanzo beans, spices and lime juice Stir together, cover and allow to simmer for 40 minutes Turn off the heat, stir and serve warmView original recipe
