What you need

cup pecan

cup flake coconut

cup coconut oil

tsp ground ginger

cup rolled oats
tsp ground clove
tbsp ground turmeric

tsp coarse sea salt

cup maple syrup
tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375F and line a large baking tray with parchment paper 2. In a large bowl combine: - 4 cups gluten-free rolled oats - 2 cups pecans or walnuts - 2/3 cup coconut chips - 1/2 cup melted coconut oil - 1/2 cup maple syrup - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract - 2 tablespoons turmeric - 1 tablespoon cinnamon - 2 teaspoons ground ginger - 1 1/2 teaspoon cloves - 1/2 teaspoon salt 3. Stir together to distribute the liquid and seasonings 4. Spread evenly across the prepared baking sheet 5. Bake for 15 minutes, then use a spatula to mix to ensure the granola is cooking evenly 6. Bake for another 15 minutes (if the granola begins to burn, cover it with foil) 7. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before serving 8. Store in an air tight container up to 7 daysView original recipe
